By using localhost:5545, creating an affiliate application, placing an order, or promoting referral links, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

PureVital presents a professional supplement and wellness formulary for clinics, practitioners, and approved partners. Unless we state otherwise in a signed agreement:

• Catalog items are supplements / professional wellness preparations, not conventional "regular medicines" for general consumer pharmacy retail.
• Content is for professional purchasing and partner education — not prescribing advice or drug claims.
• Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Affiliates must not advertise products as FDA-approved drugs, miracle cures, or consumer medicines. Promotional claims must remain truthful, substantiated, and limited to professional / clinic use contexts.

Purchasing is intended for licensed clinics and qualified professional buyers. You confirm you will use products only for lawful professional purposes and will comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. We may request verification or refuse orders that appear non-professional or non-compliant.

Prices are generally shown in USD. Checkout may use Stripe or a documented demo/mock mode when payment is not configured. An order is accepted when payment is confirmed or we begin fulfillment. Shipping times are estimates. Risk of loss transfers as stated at fulfillment or upon carrier handoff.

If you apply to or participate in the affiliate program:

• Applications may remain pending until approved by PureVital. Referral earnings require approved status and valid attribution.
• You must disclose material connections (FTC endorsement guides) when promoting PureVital.
• You may share approved referral URLs / codes. You may not bid on PureVital trademarks in ads, send spam, or use misleading health claims.
• Commissions are calculated on qualifying paid orders per program tiers and may be reversed for refunds, fraud, or self-referral abuse.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or promote products as medicines or disease treatments.

Referral cookies and codes help attribute orders. Attribution windows and last-click rules are defined by PureVital operations. You are responsible for using your own links; PureVital is not liable for blocked cookies, ad blockers, or user clearing of referral data.

Branding, product imagery, and Site content belong to PureVital or licensors. Affiliates receive a limited, revocable license to use approved brand assets solely to promote the program in a professional manner consistent with these Terms.

Services and products are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, PureVital disclaims warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Aggregate liability related to an order will not exceed amounts paid for that order in the prior three months.

You will indemnify PureVital against claims arising from your promotional content, unlawful use, or misrepresentation of supplements as medicines or disease treatments.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, except where mandatory law applies. We may update Terms by posting a new Effective date; continued use constitutes acceptance where allowed.
